Alternative Marketing Access provided consulting services to Nielsen TV to enhance Nielsen's brand and visibility within the African-American and Hispanic communities. AMA managed all aspects of this communications and outreach, including effectively communicating Nielsen's programs and objectives, building a broader vocal-effective constituency for Nielsen TV, monitoring events and issues which might affect Nielsen's sales and marketing efforts, and coordinating Nielsen TV's responses and publicity directed toward the African-American community (including the design and coordination of special events). Services included press kits, news releases and placements, crisis management, and ongoing counsel to Nielsen TV principals.
